I just saw the funniest commercial
A plumber is explaining to a woman that her kitchen sink is clogged...then a huge piece of machinery starts tearing down her house. The voiceover says "If you had a problem with your kitchen sink, you wouldn't tear down your whole house." Then it goes on to say that we shouldn't dismantle Social Security by putting in private accounts. Go AARP!

1. Yeah seen it. It's good but...
I wish they didn't need to be so simplistic with their message. they don't bring up any easy to understand details or offer any common sense solutions that seem to stay confned to the blogesphere. Throwing out some ideas would be great since no one in DC is. Our national discourse needs some oxygen on this issue.

It's like these DC insiders are afraid of being quoted in a sound byte. so they just keeping going around in circles rehashing the same crap.

2. I love their commercials about
"If one person could do it, we wouldn't need AARP". Truly, most of this country needs a simple message.
