"Hey, do you remember when you asked me what the definition of irony is and I said *squelch* AAAAAAAGH...."

Oh man, that show is deadly.

2. Funny, that's almost exactly what the bloke at the end of the episode says

Woman wakes up from a nightmare (that being the current episode), and staggers into the bathroom. A male who is possibly her husband is exiting the shower, and she says to him, "Honey, I just had a horrible dream, about a Family Guy episode with this big chicken and the end of the world..."

He comforts her and says, "It's okay now, dear, it was only a dream, only a dream... *pauses for a second* By the way, what's Family Guy?"

They slowly turn to look suspiciously at the camera. Cut to credits.

Think "The Simpsons" meets "Outer Limits". It usually plays on the Cartoon Network at 11pm, and again at 2am, M-Th. There's also some boxed DVD sets you can acquire, if you're so inclined.

Here's the link to the episode guide. Minor spoilers.

3. The dream scene...
Was a tip of the hat to the prime-time soap "Dallas." The actors were Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray, who portrayed Bobby amd Sue Ellen Ewing on that show.

I didn't watch Dallas, but I remember that (a while after his brother, J.R. was shot) Bobby was shot and killed. Then he came back to the show when Sue Ellen opened up the shower and saw him in there, talking about her "terrible dream" that he'd been killed.
