13. This is one of my pet peeves, too

I don't understand why people don't flush after they go, especially #2. I have to use a community bathroom, four stalls for forty guys, and it always irks me when somebody doesn't flush. Another thing that makes me even more upset is when somebody doesn't raise the seat and pisses all over it. I think that's about as rude as it gets as far as bathroom etiquette goes.

18. I always do, - but you should be aware

that low-flow toilets at sea-level have a very poor performance record. So it may not be a lack of flushing that's leaving you 'dismayed.'

Why is this a weird concept? It happens to me all the time. In our dorm, some people do flush, but the toilets suck, so all the paper doesn't get sucked down. I understand that you don't want someone else's waste splashing up on you, but jeez, why freak out about some pee in the toilet? Why not just be glad they got it into the toilet at all?
