Postponing the entire Thursday schedule. Looking like a pretty good move, now.

....see the ratings for the Marlins/Yank game.

They'll be a lot of Movie rentals that week.....

On Edit: UNLESS (by some Miracle) the Marlins win 2 or 3 games....

5. Yes our "friends" @ FOX

are probably wishing that the Cubs & or the Sox had won. They (FOX) could have made much more $$$$$ if the historical under-dogs were in the series... Now, much of the country just could not care less about this year's "fall classic". More "Damn Yankees" featuring an unknown "fish" team.... Wake me when it's over.

3. I went to bed after the 9th inning

I didn't want to see the Sox lose. And I knew they were going to as soon as it went into extra innings. I turned it off right there and knew when I woke up in the morning the Yankees would win.

My alarm woke me up with WFAN, the sports talk station in NY and the announcer said "Aaron Boons home run wins it for Boston."

And then a pause.

Half-asleep, I said "What the FU---"

"..oops, Yankees, Aaron Boone's walkoff home run won the game for the Yankees."

And I closed my eyes and got a bit more sleep.

6. Fox baseball....all the moves

I know this is a simple game...ya hit the ball, ya catch the
ball, and you run in a circle and it doesn't have a lot of
options in camera angles...but boy, I think I know all
of Fox's camera moves and then some. Glad I won't be
watching again 'til I'm excited by a team next year.

Dugout, immobile NY managers, a too close up of the pitcher,
crowd shot, batter, repeat....

7. I'm glad the Series is on Fox

I never watch it so it won't be hard to avoid it. And I even read that the postponed episode of West Wing from this past Wednesday is going to be shown next week instead of a planned rerun. Cool!
