Poll question: Should I go out and get some beer?

I'm just sitting in my dorm and hanging out on DU. I'm thinking that I would be enjoying myself a little more if I had a twelve pack to go along with it. But I can't make up my mind. So I'll let you decide for me. What do you think?

I'm over twenty-one and drinking is allowed in the dorm if your of age. But I don't want anybody to see me coming in with it (the underage folks, you know what I mean).

11. Ah, back 'then' no one ever got carded.

Late 60s, that is. It was different then -- selling to underage earned the package store a tiny slap on the wrist, if even that. I was 17 in college, looked like a BABY, and I could buy beer or booze anytime I wanted, and so could anyone else. And legal age was 21, too!

The authorities have gone nuts on this nowadays, I think. Beer is a part of the college socialization process, don't they know that???
