I'm still sick!!!!

Last Monday, I started coming down with something. Turned out to be the flu, but, while at the doc's, she tested me for Strep and pneumonia as well. Pneumonia xray came back negative, but, as of yesterday, the strep culture came back positive. So, now I need antibiotics, but since it's the weekend, and the doc's office is closed, I can't get the prescription. Damnit, where's Rush's cleaning lady when ya need her?

Grr... my head is killing me and my throat hurts as well. TXlib has been off drinking beer all weekend. Not as if he'd be at all helpful or sympathetic if he were here.

Just came down with a nasty cold. My kid came over & brewed up a bunch of ginger-root & lemon tea for me. Very soothing with honey. If I was feeling a touch better I'd lace it with Jameson's. Hope you feel better KCDem.
