And his bit about going to Thailand because SARS makes you "feel bad" and 13 times as many die from the flu as from SARS, but people are idiots and the media has hyped up the danger, so it's a great time now to travel to Asia becuase no one's going there out of fear. So true.

I have only seen them on posts like inside the ferry terminal, or inside big subway stations.
Also some of the big outdoor courtyards and parks that have designated foot posts have them.
