3. I assume it was pretty flagrant?
No chance of a misunderstanding?

5. Just so everyone knows...

I did send an email to this person.

"I don't know what your glitch is but I do know that in my head and my heart I always tried to do right by you."

Haven't got a response yet, probably won't but I'm glad I said it. Because I really wanted to say, "Fuck You! You fucking FUCK!!!"

6. Don't write this person off yet
In my anxiety support group, we were told about how we are not suppose to assume things because we cannot read other people's minds. Sometimes people have problems that have nothing to do with you that might cause them to act poorly towards you. Personally, when this happens I get sad and think of the possible reasons that I would be treated this way and am convinced that I did something horrible against the person. I don't know how often you see this person. Depending on things, you might want to wait a short time for this person to "reconcile" with you. If things don't seem to be changing, approach the person and ask what the deal is. Actually, I usually do that sooner than later because I worry the entire time. Sometimes though the person has deal with their own problem before they are responsive.

8. Sometimes people are just assholes . . . there's no way around it
We don't have to do a thing to make them that way. It's more important to not let them make us unhappy than anything else and to be thankful that we aren't the same type of assholes.

A coworker pissed me off last Friday and I grappled with whether I should speak to her the next time I see her since I did nothing that I thought would have caused such a reaction. I choose to speak to her in the same polite way I would anybody else with the knowledge that she can also be rude. In doing so, I will not change who I am or let her affect me the same way again.

"And acceptance is the answer to all my problems today. When I am disturbed, it is because some person, place or thing is not the way I want it to be and I can have no peace until I accept that person, place or thing as being exactly the way they are supposed to be..."

9. Maybe it's your DU signature
That thing still gives me the creeps every time I see it. Looks like a three-year-old on the verge of a tantrum.
