Drill magazine. I shit you not. Saw it at Barnes & Noble today. Can't find a scan of the cover on the net.
http://foliomag.com/ar/marketing_maximizing_military/Drill, a civilian-produced magazine for young men in the U.S. military, looks and feels a lot like another magazine trying to, er, Maxim-ize. But Drill's editor insists this is different. “Maxim and FHM are for guys who want to vicariously live a swinger lifestyle,” says Lance Gould, a former freelance editor at Maxim. “Our audience is not trying to live vicariously — they have the most dangerous jobs on the planet.”
...The premiere issue of Drill hits military-base newsstands in mid-October and is aimed at the 1.5 million men on active duty. The cover features supermodel Victoria Pratt
(the blonde from "Mutant X" -- Paragon) in a camouflage-print bikini top and army-inspired vest, and has coverlines like “Girl Gone Wild!” and “Sgt. Rock's Sex Tips: Yes-Fly Zone!” With section titles borrowed from military jargon, such as “A.W.O.L.,” “Ten Hut,” “At Ease” and “Permission to Speak Freely,” Drill appears to be Maxim in fatigues.
