when this all first came out in the press. I thought maybe the girl was just taking advantage of a situation with a highly public person.

Then he bought his wife that $4million dollar ring.

Was this taken after the decision was announced that the case would go to trial? If so, his facial expression is quite understandable. He doesn't look happy, and perhaps looks a bit pensive.
