Your "not vocal melodies" are killing me.
Tried it with high notes and low notes and not a single light went off in my head.

4. I don't have any more time tonight. I'll give others a chance to try. |

Gotta put my baby (& wife) to sleep. :)
I'll bump the thread tomorrow, even if I don't figure it out, which I probably won't. It sounded like so many things and so many nothings all at once my head's spinning. :silly:

|
or wait, this is one song?
wait a minute again....I'm looking.....
G B ? for real? I'm going to get my guitar......okay that'll work as long as you're not too attached to traditional progressions...
okay, I'm stumped....

If you're gonna have an F and an A, one of those has to be a minor, cuz it'd sound weird.

10. These are simply notes . . . |
|
. . . not chords.
The notes produce a very well known guitar riff.

I'm glad you figured it out, because I gave up. I never would have guessed it anyway - not familiar with the song.

:dunce:
And when I see a triad set up "root 5th root" I think arpeggio due to my guitar-centric musical thinking. So it's probably just a guitarist thing.

17. Well, no wonder. I'm no guitarist. |
|
Is Floog trying to tempt me to do one that's "just a harpsichordist thing"? :0)~

14. If I think of something I will |
|
I think it would be kind of hard to pick something that isn't immediately obvious and yet people would be able to eventually guess.
