4. when i went to unc to listen to her hate speech

6. Can I offer one small critique?

My father pounded this into me years ago when I started my own website and started putting up essays: Don't Swear. People will take you more seriously. If you do swing a curse, it will have far, far more impact if it does not come on the heels of 10,000 other curses. Examples: Powell calling the 2/5 UN draft "bullshit;" Rove saying "We will fuck him!" I printed those, and they hit harder.

I curse all the time here, but never in truthout. Just a suggestion. Excellent page.

8. This was just a fun thing to write

nothing serious, but thanks for the complimen/critique. When I write seriously my language is so clean people can only tell it's my writing by how close to communist I get with my ideas.

When I start doing the editorrials and the serious articles I won't use swears, but that first "article" was just something fun to write as I said about four sentences ago.
