21. Let me explain.

When I originally posted this poll, I put the choices as "Approve" and "Disapprove." I waited for a little while, while many people voted "Disaprove." Then, I edited the poll and changed "Disapprove" to "APPROVE" (in all caps). Then, everyone who voted "Disapprove" saw that the one they chose now said "APPROVE."

I don't know how better to explain it.

I did this to mock the alleged tampering of voting machines by Diebold.
