I live only about 20 minutes away from Tech and when they start moving up in the rankings the local media is non-stop on the coverage. I'm not much of a sports fan so I don't care if the go 0-15 or 15-0 but I do get sick of hearing about them all the time and seeing the Tech flags on every SUV in town. When they have a mediocre team they just get mentioned in the sports segments and isn't the main news every night.
