How do you make a tinfoil hat?

Seriously. I want to wear one on Sunday, when my town has Trick or Treat. I'll only be passing out candy, but around here, they even dress the dogs up! Do you use a cardboard form? What's the best shape for one of these things? Help, please!

simply pressed to the head. It takes a good close fit to keep the mind control rays that are being broadcast from getting in.
