I just got an email from a friend telling me her home was robbed.
I guess there has been 3 or 4 homes in our neighborhood that have been robbed lately. Lucky no one was home, they have 2 young girls. I'm glad I have 2 big dogs who bark if anyone comes near our house.

1. That's terrible!
Good thing they weren't home. I have friends who were robbed in the middle of the night WHILE THEY SLEPT. They got a dog after that.

4. This is one thing that makes dogs better than cats....
.... after all, if someone broke into my home, my kitties would just purrrrr them to death.

5. I'm glad I recently picked up a comprehensive home insurance policy..
because even though I have dogs and a security system, and good, solid hardware and locks, it's POSSIBLE for someone to get in and take everything.

It'd be awful to come to home to no computers, teevees, stereo, and to have to replace them out of pocket.

My policy only cost me an additional $200 a year to cover all my valuable items, and some other cool stuff too. Well, well worth it.

That's why they call it insurance.

6. I am glad she is coping well, and glad none of them were hurt
my townhome was robbed years ago, things of great sentimental value were also taken. however, my precious kittens were not hurt. for which I was most thankful.
