Apparently there is this great resort where you don't have to actually buy a house or condo you just use it when you want. So I get a call from someone who had gotten our names from her parents (they go to these presentations all the time) and we are going to win one of THREE GREAT PRIZES!!!

We got the flier last night and it is a pass....but no room is included, you have to buy that from them. I have never sat through one of these but like I said her parents go all the time.

15. Okay, here's what we won

We entered to win an Explorer. Then about every couple months we got phone calls and mail that said that we made it to the next round. Finally, we were told that we were one of 10 couples to sin either the car, a vacation, or one of several prizes. All we had to do was go to Windsor, Ontario (just across the river) for a free dinner and find out what our prize was. We were quite excited at first. Then we started talking to people and did a search on the web. The deal is it's either a time share or a cruise that you have to pay for. They take you into a room and do a real sell job. So we resigned ourselves to the fact that we were taken. Well, almost. As they say, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
