9. I'm not sure if Yahoo allows posting to another site

I seem to recall someone else having that problem

there is a DUer who offers free pic hosting but I can't remember who it was!

10. Yes.

I tried that but these pictures are too big. They have to be under 100 KB...most of these are not. Even after I compress them. Is there a way to compress them further?
