My daddy raised me to be independent. I enjoy gardening, raising my chickens, driving the tractor, tooling around in the jeep. I like riding the dirt bike, the go-cart, driving the pick-up. I can build anything I need, change the oil in my car and do other minor repairs, do electrical and plumbing work. In my younger days, I'd dustroll anyone who pissed me off, and, yeah, I've been in my share of fights. I drink beer, and enjoy sitting outside by a campfire.

I'm a proud southern democrat who can hold her own in any debate. I'm finishing my doctorate and consider myself an intellectual--I'm well read and love to discuss historical methodology with other historians.
