4. I'll take funk for 100 Alex.

Since Funk is my favorite type of music, my band will be some of the greatest funk players ever.

Sly Stone on vocals is a must. Of all the potential reunion shows out there, seeing Sly Stone play again is on the very top of my list. I hope beyond hope that he overcomes his personal issues and plays in public again.

Eddie Hazel is mean on guitar, but I have to pick a personal favorite here. Leo Nocentelli is the baddest funk guitarist I have ever seen.

On bass, the funkiest man on earth, Mr. George Porter, Jr. Find any really funky album that has been released in the past twenty years and there is a good chance that George Porter, Jr. was in the studio playing bass. Besides, the guy who wrote Cissy Strut has to be the baddest bass player in funk music.

Drums would be handled by Mike Clark formerly from the Headhunters. This guy lays down a beat like no other. Listen to those old Headhunters albums and you can't get the rythmn out of your head for days.

The Hammond B would be manned by Jon Cleary. IMO there is no funkier band playing right now than Jon Cleary and the Absolute Monster Gentleman.

I would throw in Maceo Parker on sax, just cause I really would want to be shaking everything that I got.

Jim Morrison on the mike. He had the voice and image, and had enough versatility to pull of Crystal Ship, Break on Through, and The End, all on the same album. Crooner and rocker and poet.

Chicago's brass/woodwind(Lee Loughnane-trumpet, Walter Parazaider-flute, James Pankow-trombone). I thought about Ian Anderson or Ian McDonald (early King Crimson) for flute, but thought that all things being nearly equal (like with Moon), keeping the section intact was the better part of valor.
