Walter Foott (40 something) says the planet – a little-known, 10th member of our solar system called a brown dwarf – is set to disrupt the Earth's orbit and cause widespread climatic and other upheaval.

The webcamera image, taken by New Zealand's Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences' surveillance equipment at 6am on October 14, before sunrise, showed an unexplained light, said Mr Foott, who has hundreds of photos taken from all over the world, many of them showing unexplained celestial images.

Mr Foott claimed he and several other members of his group had built fibreglass cocoons and electricity systems on a mountain range in the Waikato province.
