I saw Harry and The Hendersons was on tv, and I called my 6 year old away from his computer games to watch it with me.

Do ya'll know there's cursing in Harry and the Hendersons. Now why in the world would whoever made the movie put cursing in it? It made me mad. ................ but I didn't curse.

42. I'm among those who'd have trouble limiting it to 10
But I'd start with all 3 of Terrence Malick's films: The Thin Red Line, Days of Heaven and Badlands. Something about his work just goes right to the heart of me. Then I'd put in Le Baron Fantome and maybe The Outlaw Josey Wales.
After that, I could fill up the rest of the 10 with Orson Welles movies, like Othello and Touch of Evil. After that, I'd start moving into David Lean territory.

Chicago
Baz Luhrman's Romeo and Juliet (odd, because otherwise I cannot _stand_ Leonardo diCrapio!)

I know that counting both Lord of the Rings movies, that's actually eleven. I _did_ pass kindergarten, I swear!

ETA: How could I forget Antonia's Line? _Great_ movie from Holland!

76. the first Blues Brothers
For some reason, the music, the inane plot, and the celebrities just have me cracking up and wanting more. Even if I catch it mid-stream on TV, I will watch the rest of it....the second movie didn't give me the same thrills as the first, but it's OK....

82. Ten Movies...
1.Fargo-Even though its no how they really talk in Minnesota...the movie cast sound more like Yoopers.
2.Blade Runner-Just about anything with Harrison Ford rules
3.Full Metal Jacket-Besides the fact that it's one of Kubrik's, Modine and Ermey are phenominal.
4.Pulp Fiction-"You know what you two look like? Like a couple of guys that just blew somebody's head off."
5.Star Wars-"Episode 4" That's all. Let's leave it there. Thank you...
6.The Big Lebowski-"...that's because I'm the Dude."
7.LOTR-The Fellowship, The Two Towers. And I'm positive that when it comes to DVD, The Return of the King will be on this list, too.
8.Ocean's Eleven-This was such a clever flick.
9.Heat-Al Pacino. Robert DeNiro. Val Kilmer. 'Nuff said.
10.South Park-Bigger, Badder, Uncut-Great movie to study to.
