Told them they are basically a joke and no one feels they can turn to them for support.

I guess I'm just in that kind of mood. :)

It turned out that management had an "understanding" with the union and used it to train up little 'thugs. Breaks my heart that most voted for the unemployment line and I see at least six flippin' burgers now...not!!!
