so I stumble back from a full day/night of mediamongering, all sorts of degraded examples of a dying regime on display in a masoleum-like DC (sic, or was that linoleum...) and plenty of silly recording devices on hand to document the decay. Sifting through the accumulated "stuff" should occupy dubiously accredited anthropologists for years, if not minutes.
