13. Sorry
I'm sorry I lied.
I'm sorry I went along with the liars who make up my party.
I'm sorry I ruined your economy like my dad did.
I'm sorry I sent kids to die in my reelection bid.
I'm sorry for all the right wingers who have taken over the media, and helped perpetuate my lies.
I'm a sorry excuse for a President... etc.

21. Uranus
On Live TV.

Then after saying it, and taking a long drink of water, he laughs so hard that the water shoots out of his nose.

That would be great.

26. "I have been arrogant and selfish and dishonest."
"I have been guilty of the sin of pride. It was unconscionable to never question my own judgment.

"I have tried to crush, demean, and humiliate better men than myself. What I did to John McCain was unforgivable, though I do seek his forgiveness now.

"And I apologize to the people of Florida -- and indeed the people of the nation, particularly the African-American community -- for the way my team handled the aftermath of Election 2000. Yes, Al Gore -- a better man than myself -- won the popular vote, and he surely won the electoral vote as well. What my brother, my Florida campaign manager, and I did was beyond repugnance.

"I have been cold, selfish, arrogant, and short-sighted when it comes to our nation's traditional allies, and for this too I beg forgiveness.

"Indeed, I plan to make amends for my misdeeds. To begin with, given that I am financially blessed in ways few people can enjoy, I will from now on forgo a salary as president.

"Moreover, I plan to give up plans to permanently eliminate the estate tax. I will be glad to work with Republicans, Democrats, and independents to find a compromise which will retain the estate tax but possibly raise the exemption."

This is me speaking now: I could go on FOR HOURS in this vein. I want him to repent and make amends, and I want the same from Tom DeLay and other folks who prance around claiming to be such good Christians and are as venal, cruel, and calculating as the day is long.
