I saw a red Firefly with WA plates parked near the "Great Canadian Casino". Kuchinich sticker and a huge red white and blue "Support Our Troops...Bring Them Home" poster in the rear window.

I left a note with the DU url on it under the wipers. Hopefully whoever it was, you're a member of this FINE community.

And I hope you won lots, but spent it in our local economy.

... I wonder how extensive a "search" that driver is going to get when they return through U.S. Customs.

Heck, just saying I was a journalist last time I drove back across the border got me the third degree. "What do you write about IRAQ?" bellowed the surly agent to me. (This was in early March, before the war began. Since then, I've taken passenger ferries only. Much less hassle.)
