1. I would say neither
But watching Leno and Schwarzenegger join in cahoots, I voted Letterman.

2. Neither is a good option. Jon Stewart is obviously the better man.
However, Letterman kicks ass. Especially that lantern jawed asses ass.

4. Dave is still relevant, Jay never was...
...but I have to agree that Jon's the best, w/ Conan third.

8. Neither
Conan and Stewart.
They're both funnier than Leno, but I'll admit I haven't seen Letterman in years, so I don't know if he's still funny.
Leno seems to be one Clinton joke after another. Even now, I still hear Clinton jokes on his show, and his shameless shilling for Der Gropenator made me ill.

9. I've been watching Letterman since 1982
Edited on Tue Oct-28-03 12:04 AM by populistmom
And I was 10 in 1982, so I've have to sneak around to do it. When I was 16, I had an REM poster, a couple of paintings I did, and a big picture I cut out of a magazine of Letterman on my wall. I'm not that bad now, but yes, Letterman, for sure!

10. Politics aside....
Leno is a hack from another age. If not for a poor choice, he'd be a footnote in "where are they now" specials.

Lucky, Lucky hack.

Dave's time is thinning a bit, but he still can hold his own.

Conan is the hippest, and funniest currently.

11. Letterman of course
I'm watching him now. He may blow up a huge pumpkin. :)

Did you watch his first show after 9/11? He made a really sincere, touching speech. Leno was just a big phoney.

12. Dave, even repeats are better than Leno.
Leno's favorite guest is Dennis Miller. That says it all.

13. I once saw a skit
Leno had Michael Jordon on talking about his resaurant.....Leno got Jordan to call and try to convince the clerk it was him. Well the clerk was all "YEah right buddy sure it's michael jordan" But it was fake..... Letterman woulda really called the place.

That's the difference

19. Neither
I'm currently watching West Wing reruns on Bravo.

If I wasn't watching that, I'd watch Futurama & Family Guy on Cartoon Network.
