Kobe has a huge sword dangling over his head and he is in defensive mode. Last year there was a bit of this going on and Kobe wes right , Shaq was fat and out of shape. But this year things were all set-up for a great season and BAM! Kobe cant keep his dick in his pants. I think right now he is over sensitive because he knows he has fucked up the Lakers season.

He is charged with committing a VIOLENT ASSAULT against another human being. It is not an issue of him 'not being able to keep his dick in his pants.' His DICK was used, and it just so happens that dicks are normally used for sexual activity. This was not about sex.
