It's from a Chicago community access channel and it's called "Junior Christian Science Bible Lesson Show". The overuse of the wipe, a character named "Chip the Black Boy", someone off screen correcting the guy because he reads the wrong lines, and every time the puppeteer switches hands in the song the little green singing space alien gets a Teri Schiavo look. I am out of breath from laughing.

You can fast forward through the boring parts by using the play handle at the bottom of the animation.
