9. if you like action movies with some very dark humor,
that would be one I would recommend! Did you see 'Pulp Fiction'? Its by the same director, Quentin Tarantino, and has the same kind of dark, satiric, humor involved in an action film. Some serious martial arts fight scenes are in 'Kill Bill'... I'd recommend it!

6. I just saw The House of Flying Daggers....
last week and it blew me away! It's very beautiful aesthetically, has tons of great action scenes, and a really passionate story line as well (all in my opinion, of course) I also highly recommend Kill Bill I and II.

8. Strange Brew
Plot:

Evil Brewmiester Schmidt is in control of the Elsinore Brewery and Insane Assylum in Canada. He is putting stuff in the beer that makes people play hockey and fight.

Bob and Doug McKenzie (Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas from SC TV's Great White North) get jobs at the brewery and with the help of Hosehead, their dog, try to save the world.
