Anybody know a good way to research credit cards?

I'd like to get rid of one and replace it with one that has a lower interest rate (obviously), but I'm also interested in the possibility of getting $ toward my kids' college and ideally like to find one that is not owned by Republican-donating thugs. (Maybe Working Assets -- but do they do the college-donation thing?) Thanks for any ideas.

1. Working Assets = MBNA = Major Bush Donor

MBNA is the one credit card you'd want to avoid. They're the biggest republican whores out there and Working Asset's credit card is through them.

So in a nutshell WA will donate to good causes but since it's through MBNA and they make money off of this relationship - it all sorta evens out
