Broccoli is, without a doubt, one of the more disgusting things you can put in your mouth. It's only marginally edible if you dump a number-10 can of cheese sauce over each serving--and then a vegan can't touch it.

Many celebs have realized that they can shed some bodyfat and have clearer skin by being veg (in addition to living up to certain compassionate beliefs that they may hold dear). Most of them are very open about their dietary choices, and you could read up on why they have chosen same.
