Please help!!! Computer problem... lost my CD-R/DVD drivers

they wont upgrade or roll back.. or download from Samsung site.. I was following the HELP and deleted them.. the System Tool hardware string has yellow "Exclamation marks" on them.. with "Error 39"

I got a mystery download for Word Perfect that wouldn't load or STOP!!
I finally got it to stop and deleted it... then things wouldn't work.. i ran "One Step CheckUp" and had like 982 errors in 2 areas..word perfect.. i cleaned that up and then drive F and G disapared..

You got when you bought your puter? It should have the drivers.

3. they were working fine .. they are not external.. no disks

8. Internal CDR drives usually come with spare drivers on a disc

When you buy a computer but I guess you dont have them.

7. I've had pretty good luck finding drivers on line

Try the manufacturer's website, or do a google search for the model number of the device, brand name, and the word "driver." Also, you can search for the actual name of the driver file. Lots of sites have drivers you can download.
