WONDER WOMAN: 12" STEVE TREVOR MEGO DOLL - 1976
released by Mego Corp., item #73500/2
"Meet Wonder Woman's Best Friend. . . MAJOR STEVE TREVOR" This is the 12.5" doll version of Major Steve Trevor, very loosely based on the likeness of Lyle Waggoner. The skin was a dark tan tone, with plastic hair.
The doll wears tan pants, a white dickey with black tie, a tan uniform jacket (with snaps on top and bottom), and dark brown shoes. A brown Air Force hat was also included in the box. The Steve Trevor figure did not include a stand.
The box noted © 1976 DC Comics Inc.(this isn't Steve Trevor. It's Dean Martin. :eyes: )
And here's one for the daughters and, eh, certain sons...
(don'cha wish the webmaster took down his trousers to go along with takin' off his shirt? :eyes: )
(Sorry, I have to comment. Wonder Woman looks Wonderously Anorexic, and as for those legs, oh dear... Queen Hypocrite who's 3 to the right doesn't look anything like Chloris Leachman, and if this was to be represented in "South Park", I'd dare say that Token would not have a girlfriend. :eyes: But we now see why Steve Trevor keeps smiling like that, and showin' off his anatomically correct chest. Well, anatomically correct for Steve. I dare say that the actor probably wasn't as buff. :D )
