2. Yuck.
I understand the need for not stopping to tinkle when the bladder's bursting and you've a deadline to make. But you'd think they'd buy some kind of leg bag/condom catheter type contraption. The weird thing is if they're stopping at rest stops to drop these things off they can sure as hell use the shitter.
