The Blame Game
A spokesman for acting president George "Damian" Bush announced today
the formation of a new federal agency to help produce alibis to shift
blame from the White House to any scapegoat they can find. Along with
the formation of ther new Blame Agency, the historic "The Buck Stops
Here" sign that adorned Harry Truman's desk during his presidency, has
been sent to the Smithsonian Institute, to be replaced with a new
updated one reading "Buck? What buck?"

1. Rule #1
when anything goes wrong
1: blame Clinton and if even that isn't feasable(sp?
2:)blame an over zealous(or ingenius as W would say) staff member, 3: next up the SCLM(so-called liberal media for the newbies)
4: a sure-fire stand in is always 9/11 and the tear-wrists but never NEVER take blame or let yourself be accountable for any misdeeds miscalculations and/or wrongdoings by the Bush administration
