The Twins need a power hitter.

6. that's one I can't figure
Ortiz was young and had just come off a 20 homer .280 year and the Twins released him. Why did they just release him? What was the reason in Twinland?

9. I am not entirely sure
I think what the Twins need is a good batting coach, I do not think the Twins were able to coax out of Ortiz what was naturally there...

10. You guys had one
Now he's ours, The Crow. Oritz seems to been a steal for the Red Sox, it would be cool if we could get our mitts on him but I think he likes playing in Boston.

11. He was never a power hitter with us though...
He turned into one as soon as he left. But I would certainly take him back now though. Nice to see a Twins fan!!!

Twins just won on an RBI single in the bottom of the 13th from Jacques Jones. YEAHH!!

12. I love the Twins
I almost lost it when they were mentioned as a team they would delete. I had to teach my kid about the Twins of Killebrew, Kaat, Perry, Carew, Mudcat. What a history and they were thinking of killing it all.

13. Yep, try to kill them....
But instead they turn out the most enviable farm system and front office and win three straight division championships. GOtta love it.

15. And Nick Punto
Morneua is day to day with an elbow problem. Mauer (I think) hurt his groin. Nick Punto strained a hamstring trying to steal second. J.C. Blowmero hurt his back a little bit too. It was a Mash unit today.

16. HAHAHA
JC Blowmero! I just cringe when he comes in, he is more exciting than "Everyday Eddie" used to be.

Anyhow I'll happily take a split against you guys since you are after all the repeating champions, gotta give Renteria some props too, that bunt was a good idea.
