What do ya'll make of 'Malcom in the Middle'?

I recently started watching. At first I thought it was over the top and too manic for my tastes, although I liked the camera work.

However, I've come to like it immensly. Over the top, yes, but I see a lot of my own family life in the show....

What do ya think?

1. I love Malcolm in the Middle.

It looks just like mine! LOL!

Really, brings out the "documentary" qualities of
the show.

I liked "Married With Children" for the same reason.

7. For the most part I like it, but it has it's rough spots.

The dynamic among the kids is funny as hell, but the parents really irritate me. Especially Lois who is way to much of a controlling bitch, while Hal is just another spineless screwup sitcom dad who doesn't have the balls to stand up for himself.

I really enjoyed Frances in Military school -- I thought that should have been a spin-off.

Watched the first show and never stopped. My boys and I would laugh and laugh and they would tell me I was just like THAT Mom. That is totally untrue.
