I played the audio file for my kid and his friend and for a while, they were walking around saying, "oh, the most versatile word in the English language YOU." Was pretty funny. They couldn't get detention for saying that.

I'm 42 for about 2 more hours. My little boy, nine, has a virus that has lasted ten days with a seriously nasty rash, and they don't know what it is. My husband is sick as a dog from interferon injection therapy (in his 14th month) and my teen refuses to go to bed EVERY NITE.

We have gone bankrupt this year, lost public assistance (due to law change, since hubs gets a whopping 1300/mth for disability) and all of us now will lose our Medicaid in two weeks, because we make too much money. Yea right.

My front lawn has a sink hole, my breezeway roof is caving in, we had a flood that ruined the kids room floor and my bathroom is becoming unstructurely sound.... like a freakin' sponge.

My sister and her kids moved out of state, my mother is moving there in six weeks, after her divorce from my Dad after 42 years of marriage, and my ex is a pain in the ass.

Yes, this really all happened in the last twelve months.

So FUCK. Yeah, that about sums it up.

Though I count my lucky stars, I only look like I'm in my early thirties.
