1. I tend to agree.
Nonetheless, he'll get off scot free. Slap on the wrist, at most.

2. I agree with you AND Matcom.
He's already talking about leaving the country, and rumor has it that Neverland has either been sold...or will be.

I'm guessing he'll move to one of those shadow countries where pedophilia is "officially" frowned upon but not exactly "illegal."

I really, really, really believe he did it.

Just watched a show about OJ (don't hate me Catwoman) and I think that he'll get off.

Here's what I think.

I think he did it.

What pisses me off is that:

1. He has allllllll these people (his fucked up family and employees) that let this shit go on.

2. He's a pathetic sick person that should have been stopped along time ago ..... see fucked up family and so on.

3. He doesn't now any better .... again see fucked family and employees that don't want the cash cow to dry up.

4. His fucked up "fans" will probably trash Santa Maria (a nice city) IF he get convicted.

I feel nothing but pitty for MJ. He's still a kid in his own warped mind and no one has had the gut to slap the shit of him and set him straight.

That said, I also feel sorry for victims. They've been through hell and paid the price.

BUT ....... who the fuck (parents) have half a brain to let their kid(s) alone with this freak?

Good gawd!!

23. Don't know, never met him.
But there are other people I wouldn't let my twelve year old daughter sleep in the same bed with that haven't committed a crime.

We're not supposed to lock people up on suspicions and mistrust. We're supposed to lock them up because of incontrovertible proof they committed a crime.

50. No. We're not. supposed to. But witnesses testified in court to what they
saw and heard.

They've seen MJ in the shower with a child, in bed with a child, giving booze to a child.

Just because they didn't SEE HIM having SEX with a child doesn't mean it didn't happen. And just because he didn't have sex with ALL the children he ever met, doesn't mean that some weren't molested.

MJ fits the psychological profile and patterns of a man who systematically selects, entices and then molests children.

Just because YOU didn't see him do it, doesn't mean it didn't happen.

I have met MJ. I worked for him for 6 weeks on a show.

I wouldn't let my child anywhere near him. He's a shrewd, calculating mentally ill child molester.

11. Here are some warning signs of pedophilia:
1. Popular with both children and adults.

2. Appears to be trustworthy and respectable. Has good standing in the community.

3. Prefers the company of children. Feels more comfortable with children than adults. Is mainly attracted to prepubescent boys and girls. Can be heterosexual, homosexual, or bisexual.

4. "Grooms" children with quality time, video games, parties, candy, toys, gifts, money.

5. Singles out children who seem troubled and in need of attention or affection.

6. Often dates or marries women with children that are the age of his preferred victims.

7. Rarely forces or coerces a child into sexual contact. Usually through trust and friendship. Physical contact is gradual, from touching, to picking up, to holding on lap, to kissing, etc.
Derives gratification in a number of ways. For some, looking is enough. For others, taking pictures or watching children undress is enough. Still others require more contact.

8. Finds different ways and places to be alone with children.

9. Are primarily (but not always) male, masculine, better-educated, more religious than average, in their thirties, and choose jobs allowing them greater access to children.

10. Are usually family men, have no criminal record, and deny that they abuse children, even after caught, convicted, incarcerated, and court-ordered into a sex offender program. The marriage is often troubled by sexual dysfunction, and serves as a smokescreen for the pedophile's true preferences and practices.

11. Are often, but not always, themselves victims of some form of childhood sexual abuse.

12. Even if the pedophile has no children, his home is usually child-friendly, with toys, books, video games, computers, bikes, swing sets, skateboards, rec room, pool, snacks - things to attract children to his home and keep them coming back. Usually the items reflect the preferred age of his victims.

****

I'm not saying he's guilty, but I wouldn't let my kids spend 5 minutes alone with this man.

MJ has been enabled to what he wants.

That said, I'll admit I've never been a "fan" of Michael Jackson. Oh hell ya, the guy is fucking talentend. Not my taste but he's talented.

For years people have stood by and watched him turn himself into a fucking freak. No one, not Mama, not Daddy, not Janet nor Tito or anyone in that family have had the balls to stand up to MJ and say "what the fuck are you doing?".

I also like Lisa Marie Presley. I won't even try to figure out what the shit she was thinking when she "married" Micheal.

Bottom line.

This guy is a mess. He's been allowed to do what ever the hell he wants to his face, his life, his money and not one person has had the guts to tell him that he ain't rite.

I'm not on that jury (thank you god). I can't pass judgement on him. That's for god to do. I feel sorry for him. He's a kid that is a 40 plus year old man.

The boys that have had deal with him IMO were whored out by their parents. THEY are the victims. Fucked up lives and no money can make a difference.

The people that should be on trial w/ MJ are the selfish mother fuckers like his father, mother, sisters, brothers, employees that knew damn good and well this shit was going on.

Fuck them. They are just as guilty for letting this shit go on.

IF...... and I say IF MJ is convicted, there are more people that should be in jail than just "Wacko Jacko".

If he's convicted and goes to jail will I be sad? Yeah. God-damn it, I'll be sad. Sad because I feel it's wrong? No. Sad because a guy that I still see as a cute kid in J5? Hell yes. I won't question it if he is convicted. I'll be sad that the cute kid in the Jackson 5 was so fucked up in life it led to this.

If get's off?

All I can say to MJ is this: Get help. Fuck your blood sucking family and move your ass to a island and get over your god-damn ego. GROW THE FUCK UP!!

16. Considering his family was making him sing in STRIP CLUBS at age 6
"The family got three cents for every record sold, and promoting it was anything but glamorous. By his sixth birthday, Michael Jackson had performed to “Big Boy” in front of the audience at a number of strip clubs."

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3080055/

Yeah, that might screw a kid up. The father should definitely get jailed.

22. I honestly belive he is guilty
He has huge red flags against him behavior wise. There are many people testifying against him. There are many boys who have accused him. Many of the boys stories have all the hallmarks of the truth, like Jordan Chandler's, the boy from the 1993 case. His uncle released a book called "All That Glitters" and I own it. I believe the Chandlers. There is nothing in the book that makes me think they are lying.

If I was a young boy molested, I would have been terrified to come forward. There is no way in hell I would have made something like this up. Pre-adolescent boys just do not make up stories about being fondled or raped by adult males---if they do, it is probably VERY rare. The embarrassment and humiliation would be so intense, as would your own sexual confusion after the fact. You cannot underestimate how traumatic coming forward must be for these boys, let alone the incidents themselves.

I believe that the parents deliberately put their child in harm's way in an attempt to extort money from Mr. Jackson. Because of them, their son is damaged for life and Jackson will walk.

I had to stop midway. It's just disgusting.

There's no way the kid is making this stuff up. He mentions too many fine details, and he corrects the interrogator when he/she is inconsistent with his prior details.

I don't wish harm on MJ. I just want him to get the help he has always so desperately needed, and I want him hundreds of yards away from any children whatsoever ever again.

I'm not sure what exactly he did (and I didn't pay attention to the trial and I'm not interested in details), but I think he gave kids alcohol and molested them(though in his twisted mind I don't think he saw it as "molestation").

He's admitted to national TV that it's OK to sleep with kids in the same bed. He's truly bizarre and his mind is twisted.

It's really unfortunate. I actually liked some of his older music.

I can't see him spending time in prison. I see him leaving the country or even commiting suicide before that (if he's convicted which I doubt).
