DU, I've been dealing with a tough situation for the past couple of weeks

2 weeks ago my company called me on my cell phone while I was on the road with a client to tell me I was LAID OFF!

I was really upset. I only told 1 DUer. She knows who she is!

She is AWESOME. We talked on the phone and PMed each other. Just the fact that she was there helped me a lot.

As for the lay-off, well I've been transferred to another area within my company thanks to some people who fought to keep me on board.

Thanks to the transfer I won't have to travel as much. I'll still be able to prepare to go to school and become a vetrinarian and fjullfill my dreams.
