I have my Big Chief and I make the BEST beef jerky (Everyone says so)
I would love to make some "Alaskan Candy" but I wont use store bought fish (EWW)
It's funny, east coast doesn't even know about the smoker.
Growing up in OR. everybody had a smoker for deer jerky and salmon-steelhead.

Last summer I caught a 44-pound king and my husband caught a 40-pounder. We've eaten quite a bit of it, but I don't know if the freezer is going to be empty by the time we go again in July.
