My daughter is at the NAQT National tournament. Ken Jennings started as a question writer for National Association Quiz Tournaments before his success at Jeopardy.

My daughter saw Jennings last night where he was being mobbed by his fans. Jennings has a big fan club at a national tournament of quiz bowl geeks.

3. Being a geek is now cool.

Just look at who some of the most successful people were in high school. They were the geeks.
I think that people are finally starting to understand that.

4. They won the round

They won the round by 10 points which is a very tight round. This is a rebuilding year for the team but they are doing great. All of the top players will be back next year
