Put it in a mesh bag so you don't lose keys. I took a garden hose to mine. Just let it DRY, DRY, DRY.. It might die, but mine still works years after the nude keyboard and hose waving romp in the backyard. This was a Apple ADB keyboard that I ripped apart. ymmv..

I took it apart and cleaned it with alcohol. I might take it apart again, see if I can fix it somehow, but I'm not too optimistic. I lost my 3 key last time, haha. But hey, at least it's still 99% functional. I had wasted soda all over it.
