UPS stopped by with a box. Inside was a big halloween tin with cookies and candy and popcorn and...well you get the point. I called to thank him for thinking of the kids, and he said,"that's for you." How do parent's always know when one needs a pick me up???

My daughter has pretty much taken over Poppy's attention, so it's nice to get noticed. ;)

8. I don't know if this happened to you, |
|
but when the kids were real little, could you walk thru the door with the baby, say hi to everybody, and it would be 10-15 minutes before you got noticed? It got to be pretty funny. :)

oh yeah, how are you? Not good when one is suffering from baby blues. ;) My father used to dance her around the house singing a little grandpa's girl song to the tune of that old root beer commercial. Sigh.

still fuss over him as if he were the baby. I'll share, it's a big tin. ;)

12. He really, really is. I have been able to talk with him my whole |
|
life. The only problem we ever really had was when I was first married and he had trouble "giving me up" He is also GREAT to talk politics with in my mostly Repub family. He is a moderate conservative and always lends an ear at least.
