in the City "female that knows it all" voice over is lame. So is the dependency on extended pop music tracks to sustain the drama of a scene. I also hate that head doctor dude -- I am so thanful I forgot his name. I do like the Asian woman from Sideways and the younger black doctor romance. And I do like their attention to medical stuff as well as the pacing of the show. I'd give it a 7.5
