Will Rush be charged for illegally obtaining controlled substances?

Two guys on the Mississippi Gulf Coast were charged with felonies earlier this week for "doctor shopping," which means that they went all over the state and even to Houston TX to obtain Oxycontin.

These guys were charged, and they had scrips! Will Rush be charged? Rush is the type of guy who creates the black market for the pills that the two guys from Mississippi get and sell.

False pretenses in obtaining the scrips? Or was it an excessive amount accumulated (more than a 90 day supply)?
