So, Bill doesn't wanna report the news he want's to talk about it.
He turned down an offer to be the Conservative News Network's WH correspondant.

So I guess Bill is gonna go to MSRNC or the Today Show.

5. He's got that arrogance about him that he believes
someone might actually be interested in his opinion. Maybe MTV or VH1 would take him. He could pierce some facial features and lose that Republican hairstyle and fit right in :-).

But paired with a twit - good match.
