Rules of the lake

So this past weekend, I was hangimg out on Lake Travis with a few friends chugging down a few cold ones when one of my friends saw something odd in the water. I leaned over the boat to look down and .....BLOP! There went my two hundred dollar pair of sunglasses!

DAMMIT!

My friend exclaimed " Rules of the lake TG, never lean over open water with your sunglasses on"

So... what's your rules of the lake? Or ocean? :mad:

Never buy a pair that are $200 dollars, they might get lost.

10. Never go on a charter boat in 4 ft waves after a night of drinking

because inevitably, you'll get sick, rush to the side of the boat, knock an expensive pole in the water, and :puke: :blush:

At least I knew the owner of the boat, it would have been even more embarassing if it had been a stranger. Even though he said not to worry about the pole, we replaced it.
