I get several offers for Christian financial help/investment counseling, Christian mortgages, Christian banking.

But the out and out whopper was the book I found at the garage sale:

Directory of Christian Bed and Breakfasts.

I bought it and gave it to the Director of Children's Ministries at our church...she hasn't stopped laughing yet. We came up with some funny scenarios regarding that directory too.
